I accept many difference insurance plans, including Beacon, The Empire Plan, Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Medicare, United Behavioral Health, and United Health Care. Your co-pay responsibility will depend on your plan.

Plans NOT accepted are Aetna, GHI, Emblem, HealthFirst, 1199 Benefit Fund, NYS Medicaid, or United Healthcare Community Plans. If you are a member of one of these plans, you might have out-of-network benefits which would allow you to see me after you meet a deductible. Please contact your insurance company to check your benefits. 

Private pay arrangements are also possible.
